The Electric Moped will reach speeds of 43 to 45 MPH on a full charge & will travel up to 50 miles. The XM-3100 is a DOT certified Motor Vehicle. This is NOT A TOY SCOOTER. It is likely you will need a drivers or motorcycle license to operate this bike.
The XM-3100 comes with an MCO certificate that you take to your local DMV office and exchange for a title (pink slip) & license plate / registration.
Item ships by a trucking company. Shipping is free if you will pick it up at the nearest terminal or $50 to have it delivered to your door.

Each XM-3100 includes a VIN and MCO / MSO certificate that you can take to your local DMV office in exchange for a Title (Pink Slip) and License Plate / Registration. Registering it as a moped will offer the lowest fee's at your DMV office.
